Regarding mortgages, we can advise on and arrange the following (excluding Lifetime (Equity Release) Mortgages):

  • All Regulated Mortgage Contracts (Excluding Lifetime Mortgage Contracts.)
  • "Buy to Let" Mortgages
  • Second Charges and Unsecured Loans

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other loan secured on it.

For mortgages, we can be paid by commission, a fee of typically £675, or a combination of commissions & fees.
