On-Going Service

To date, our on-going service has taken many forms. Depending on the needs of our clients, it has ranged from completing 'one-off' transactions to being appointed on a monthly 'retainer' basis.

As part of our approach to seek constant and never-ending improvement, we are currently reviewing the way that we provide on-going service to our clients. We often ask ourselves the following questions:

  • How do we accurately establish what 'good' service means to each individual client?
  • How do we ensure that we not only meet these requirements, but exceed them?
  • How do we maintain such on-going service and at what cost?
  • What represents 'value for money' to each client?
  • How do we delight our clients so that they enthusiastically introduce The Chester Partnership to their friends, family and colleagues?
