Hooton IFA The Chester Partnership wins Sesame Bankhall regional award

 

Hooton-based Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) The Chester Partnership has been recognised as the North West ’s leading IFA.

The award came from Sesame Bankhall, a network of more than 10,000 professional financial advisers and mortgage brokers.

The Chester Partnership employs 25 people, including general IFA advisers, specialist advisers, administration and para-planning support staff. 

The award, presented at an annual ceremony at London ’s Millbank, coincided with the partnership’s 10th anniversary. 

Director Steve Riddiough said: “Certainly 2009 was a tricky year, with a very difficult economy and our industry going through change as it made huge strides towards a new world post the Retail Distribution Review in 2012

“This award has given us a real lift, and reassured us that we are on the right path.

“After 28 years doing what we do, I am as enthusiastic today as I’ve ever been about the opportunities for advisers to achieve recognition for the professional service they provide.”

Stephen Young, chief executive at Sesame Bankhall, said: “The past year has been another challenging one for our industry, and it is good to be able to celebrate the success of some of our member firms, along with our provider and lender partners, who have demonstrated continued success in these difficult times.”
